The official hotel and venue for the BEM 2026 conference is the Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort.
Accommodations
Room blocks are available in the Marriot hotel as well as the adjacent Embassy Suites by Hilton. Both hotels are part of the Cavalier resort located on the north end of the Virginia Beach boardwalk overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. We have arranged a discounted room rate of $124 per room per night plus taxes (16.5%) and fees ($2 per night occupancy tax). The room rate is the same no matter how many occupants, and expires on 2/2/2026.
Note: The Marriott charges a resort fee of $30 per day in the online booking system, which increases the room rate from $124 to $154. The resort fee will be waived when you arrive at the hotel.
Transportation
The venue is conveniently located only 20 minutes away from the Norfolk International Airport (ORF). If you choose to drive to the venue, parking is $25 per day or $5 per hour.
