Registration Information
There are three (3) steps to attending and presenting at BEM 2025 (April 1-4, 2025; Mobile, AL) :
Everyone must register for the Conference (whether you are presenting or not)
via Whova. Deadlines for early registration are February 15, 2025 and for late registration are March 24, 2024 (see below for costs). Whova calls all payments tickets so you will purchase a tickets for meeting registration. You may also choose to purchase a tickets for the BEM Banquet (Friday, April 4th at the BlueGill Resturant) and/or a tickets for the BEM Conference dry fit shirt. If you do not wish to have all of these tickets on the same credit card, there is an option to pay for your registration only and then do an add-on registration to pay for the banquet and t-shirt using a different credit card. Reserve a hotel room as soon as possible
, and at the latest by Feburary 15, 2025. For information, see Hotel & Transportation. Submit an abstract.
Once your registration has been received, you will be sent a link for abstract submission via email. For more information see abstract submission.Please submit an abstract as soon as possible. We will not accept abstracts after February 15, 2025. Also, the earlier you submit your abstract, the more likely you are to receive your high preference format (oral vs poster) and Session topic.

Cancellation Policies
Registration Cancellation
Should you need to cancel your participation in the BEM 2025 conference, you must email us at bem2025@disl.edu
- Cancellation requests for registration fees received by March 1, 2025 will be refunded in full minus a $50 service charge to cover processing fees.
- No refunds will be issued on registrations cancellations received after March 1, 2025..
- Refunds will not be issued to no-shows.
Banquet Cancellation
Should you need to cancel your participation in the BEM banquet, you must email us at bem2025@disl.edu by March 1, 2025 for a refund, minus a $50 service charge.
Lodging Cancellation
See hotel policies. BEM is not responsible for hotel arrangements or cancellations.
